Shopwise Discount Store, Tower Supermarket Complex, GS Superstore. The group has started way back in the 80′s where each of the current directors/owners had their own seperate investment.  From little grocery shops and a great passion, the director’s vision turned into one of the most successful in the local retail scene.

The group is now francishing Carrefour;  Europe’s largest supermarket chain and the world’s second to Walmart. 

Shopwise Discount Supermarket; one of the first discount supermarkets on the island opened its doors in February 1991 and was the newborn supermarket of the four business partners Philip Borg, Mark Borg, Raymond Mintoff and Vince Cilia.

Tower Supermarket in Sliema has been established for the last 40 years.  Four decades of experience in the field.  The key to its success is its firm belief in customer satisfaction, achieved by offering a good service and a vast choice of items at competitive prices.From Tower Road, the supermarket expanded into a complex, moving into its three-floor premises in High Street in Jan 2000.Spread over 1,800 square meters and serviced by a multi storey car park in the heart of the locality, stocking a wide range of food and other items, including household goods, stationery, toiletries, gift ware and detergents.

GS superstore in Naxxar was opened in March of 2007 and is spread over 2,500sq.m. At Gs superstore we promote a friendly culture, clean environment and an atmosphere for a fun family shopping experience. Kids are more than welcome!
